Disclaimer! Everything that has to do with pH Vodka, we do ourselves. From scratch to batch. Even making this website. If something is not functioning on this page, don't get wrong ideas. We are not IT guys, we are vodka guys.
OUR PILLARS FOR A GOOD VODKA

Spelt selection

Unique water
We use spelt in our vodka. Some kind of an odd choice there, you might think.
Well, it gives the right texture to our vodka and adds a bit of that unique nutty flavour.
To be able to create our smooth vodka we need some copperwork.
A combination of a uniquely shaped pot still and our six plated column is written in the stars for this job!
A very unusual microclimate is formed in the High Fens and results in the region producing a very pristine water. It has a natural high acidity when surfacing due to the absence of minerals that contributes to the purity.
"At pH Vodka, nature is our greatest inspiration. From the earthy, natural colors that reflect the stunning Belgian High Fens to the smooth, pure taste shaped by the region’s unique water, every detail of our vodka is rooted in the land."

By naming our vodka pH, we honor this extraordinary water that shapes not only the taste but also the essence of our product. Just like the land that nurtures it, the water of the High Fens is rare, untouched, and powerful—a true reflection of nature's finest elements.
ITS DNA IS IN ITS NAME
The exceptional water coming from deep underground in the High Fens, has a naturally low pH level, which is key to the softness and clarity that defines our vodka. The low pH makes the water naturally pure, free from harsh minerals, and perfectly suited to create a smoother, more refined spirit.

Purity of the High Fens
Purity of the High Fens
A unique region of more than 5.000 ha. in the most eastern part of Belgium. Where green hills and vast forests dominate the landscape and where people are extremely hospitable. Where our beloved spelt grain grows and where the purest water comes out of the rocky ground and is captured in reservoirs.

This protected park has a lot to offer for everyone who loves unadulterated nature.

We designed the label ourselves. That way you don't pay for expensive labels or packaging but only for the vodka inside!
A large percentage of spelt is used to create pH. This tasty ancient grain is sourced as close to the distillery as possible. Better for our world and good for our local trade.
2
The majority of liquid inside every bottle remains water. About 60% of it. That is why we sourced the purest of waters with a unique story.
3
Distilled by our family business with the help of our six plates column to reach an extremely pure result.
4
The bottle is very light so we can transport as efficient as possible and is made out of recycled glass.

FENS FOUNDATION
Although we try to keep our production process as ecological as possible by buying from local grain growers, working with recycled glass, by composting our mashed spelt, make our bottles light so we can transport more at once and drive our bottles to centrals with electrified vehicles, we want to go the extra mile in order to preserve the High Fens nature.

It is our goal to donate a certain percentage of our profits to the Fens Foundation to contribute to the conservation of the National Park in Belgium.

Our exact objective and numbers will be stated here after the first year of launch.
